Through the use of a 3-D movement assessment of range of motion, balance and stability, Shea can pinpoint areas of weakness and compensation in your body.
After Shea assesses your movements; the next step is to increase your range of motion to help the body have more balance on both sides. As more symmetry is created, the body is able to undo unwanted compensations that contribute to degeneration and pain.
Once range of motion is addressed, the third step is to identify weaknesses that prevent the body from moving properly. Specific exercises that can be done in a short amount of time daily will be recommended for you to regain the strength and stability your body requires to stay healthy and active.
