When you become more present in your life, by removing unhealthy thought patterns, old belief systems and negative emotions, joy happens!
The first thing to expect is to feel better! I have found that using a combination of fast-acting processes, which focus on how your brain is incorrectly reading and interpreting information, along with other very powerful techniques that make changes in the mind quickly, there is an immediate and understandable positive change every session.
Much of the time we spend is conversational, going in and out of short trance states and rechecking how the mind is responding. In some sessions we work with the mind-body connection in various ways, to help you feel more grounded and to feel better in the body. Each session is customized to your individual needs and to how you are feeling the day of your session.
One session can be helpful, but please commit to a minimum of 3 sessions, once per week. I feel that 5 sessions are absolutely best because it allows us to be certain you have long-term results, and we have time to focus on how you can create even more joy and excitement in your life. If you can do a 90-minute session the first session, it is ideal, but not necessary.
WE NEVER HAVE TO REVISIT PAST TRAUMAS! I find that revisiting harmful past events to be traumatizing. We focus on the here and now to get your mind out of the habit of referring to the past or worrying about the future.

Hypno-Coaching combines the of powers of hypnosis and life coaching to help you create long-term success when working to meet goals!
We will meet once a week for 60 minutes (in-person or virtual) for 8 consecutive weeks. Your first session will include an additional 30-minutes at no charge.
Each session includes the use of different hypnotic techniques, conversational hypnosis and conscious coaching.
Week 1: Uncover what has been running in the background of your mind that you are likely unaware of and create a conscious understanding of how your mind has been working against you. We begin to reverse this right away with powerful techniques that replace negative belief systems with positive ones. We start to discover the TRUE YOU who has been dying to be here. You will leave this session feeling more peaceful inside and excited about the changes that are already happening.
Week 2: We build upon week 1 by continuing to work with the mind to stop negative thought patterns and unwanted feelings that prevent the authentic you from being present. We develop tools to use during your week that keep you present-minded and focused on positive things. This helps eliminate anxiety and the feelings of stress and being overwhelmed. The goal is for you to feel calm and in control of your thoughts, feelings and actions as you make strong shifts towards feeling at ease and happier.
Week 3: This week is about changing unwanted or unhealthy habits and patterns in your day-to-day life. Because we have a tendency to live on "auto pilot", some of the routines or habits we develop need to be replaced with activities that move us towards our goals. Even small changes in a daily or weekly routine can create incredible momentum, eliminating procrastination, feelings of being stuck, and anxiety that develops from a lack of control.
Week 4: What can your mind do for you? As positive changes are taking place, we continue to focus on being present and now begin to develop your MIND POWER! This is where another big shift takes place as you begin to see your world differently. We concentrate on the Law of Attraction at this time because the mind has been prepared by this point to concentrate on positive thoughts and healthier habits. The mind has also been breaking free from any rigid thinking and old programming that has kept you from blossoming in the past. Now the mind is prepared to go to work FOR YOU and you will see things fall into place with more ease.
Week 5: CREATE, CREATE, CREATE! You have been making big changes in your life and realize that you are on a new path that will continue to develop. We revisit the goals you had in the beginning to see if those goals are still the same, as you are not the same at this point. You may find that you are excited about new ideas that have come through over the last couple of weeks. Your mind has been more open to new possibilities for your life that you may have never dreamed of before. This session will guide us into the next 3 session as we really focus on the NEW YOU!
Week 6: With your goals set in place as to how you want to live your life and what you want to achieve at this time, the game is ON! We will use conscious planning with light to medium states of trance to create strong visualizations of success and feelings of happiness and excitement. You will receive a new, customized hypnosis audio to use at home and have an opportunity to fine-tune how you want to use the power of creation!
Week 7: Week 7 continues to focus on where you are, making certain you are continuing to feel your best and addresses any obstacles you may have encountered or predict. We want to ensure that you are fully prepared to continue on your incredible journey after the next session. You may also find something new you would like to improve upon that we can add into your mental programming. Just bring to the table anything you want to tackle in this session, and we will work on it!
Week 8: WATCH OUT WORLD...HERE YOU ARE! After 8 weeks of strategically working on becoming the best version of yourself, you are prepared to continue improving and growing. By now you feel like a completely different person, and we use this session to strongly reinforce all of the changes that have been made. We will use a variety of therapeutic techniques that work best to ensure your continued success!
